Call Center Advice

I've been focused on both work and writing posts for Call Center Script (www.callcenterscript.com) these days. It's been hard to juggle both my work with new role and my personal freelance writing. It's funny but some people think that it's easy to do freelance writing and it doesn't take too much time. Well, then again, it depends. I'm just lucky to be part of a great network of business blogs.

Today is a good day to start an advice column for call center people out there. Most of us think that our life is only our job in the call center industry. Well...not entirely. I guess the point here is that you have a lot to vent about and since we are part of a younger generation, a lot of questions crop into our heads.

Either we are confused about asking that well deserved promotion, not understanding the process in your call center, dealing with a lover who works in the same company (or even the same account) or just really happy with your career right now, I'm here to listen to you and offer some advice. As I read your emails, I will create my categories as everything progresses.
